Class Overview
    Other then teaching sewing, we teach students how to use a pattern to cut their garment before actually sewing them.
Student are also taught about the textile industryy. It includes information on natural and man-made fabrics; natural fabrics being cotton, wool and silk and man-made being acrylic, nylon and polyester. Most fabric are either woven or knitted.

Basic Sewing Course:
​The class agenda is mostly hands-on-training.
The course consist of nine (9) hours of classes.
​Presently the course is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
No classes on Wednesday, Fridays and week-ends.
The course schedule can be arranged to accommodate the client, such as when a school or organization wants the course
to be taught at their facilities, to their students, and where 
there will be at least six (6) students attending the classes.

These classes can be taught over different schedules.
The classes schedule arrangments could be:
1. Three hours per day for 3 days
2. Two - threes hours per day for 4 - 5 days

Basic Sewing Course Cost:

The course cost is $ 185.00 per student. 

Payment is required prior to starting classes.
Cost includes Patterns, Fabric, Supplies and sewing machine usage

The classes can be taught at our location which is 15 minutes from Downtown Houston Texas. The course may be also taught at your designated place of your choice - which would require 6 or more students.

​During these sewing classes students will learn to make three different garments.

Children - Learn to sew for fun as an adventure.
   Adults - Learn to sew as a need to make personal
                 clothing alterations and to create 
                 garments as family gifts.
